The former Bank building and now restaurant let you discover cutting-edge eating where hoghg tech foams, smoke and wafferts are mixed with traditional and contemporary flavours. As an entree you get two slices of radish, one white, one beetroot-stained, topped with freshly picked crab-meat and tuna,garnished with unexpected crunch of puffed rice; .there are also more convetional dishes like the spice-.crusted shoulder of lamb on a fine puree of parsnip, topped with silver beet, pine nuts and currants.
