OSLO - BEST RESTAURANTS
Introduction
For a longtime Norway's capital Oslo was bottom of the league in Scandinavia even having Edvard Munch the only Nordic painter. That has changed nowadays; with an incredible speed the cultural and architectonic scenery changes; there are more than 50 museums, the Nobel Peace Centre and the new Opera House which is already Oslo's most-visited tourist attraction. On top they get ready for the 2011 World Ski Championships. Norway's capital has an international flair and hosts a new fine dinig scene with six Michelin starred eateries and delicious fish restaurants overlooking the Fjord. Oslo`s diversity is evident in its various neighbourhoods each of which has its unique appeal: Big city flair around Karl Johans Gate and Aker Brygge; elegance in the Frogner district; hip and edgy in the area around Youngstorget and "seen and be seen" in Bogstadveien. Enjoy Oslo with its incredible friendly, proud and sincere inhabitants.
