Zurich

Zurich is a modern and lively city. It is home to FIFA, many financial institutions, the Lindt chocolate factory, a lake in the middle of the city and the most beautiful mountains around. When walking through the old town of Zurich called Niederdorf and strolling along the river Limmat, you will find benches and cafes everywhere. Don't miss out to go to Paradeplatz which hosts two of the biggest banks in Switzerland, the Credit Suisse and the UBS and the famous chocolate shop Sprüngli with its famous Luxemburgerli (macaroons) - the perfect present for everybody who stayed at home. For fashion victims the Bahnhofstrasse with its big brands like Gucci or Prada is the perfect location for your shopping tour. Zurich is one of the world's pre-eminent global cities and was named several times the city with the best quality of life in the world.
