Introduction
Sydney, built around Port Jackson, is the capital of New South Wales and was the first British colony in Australia. Sydney's significant landmarks include the "Sydney Opera House", the "Harbour Bridge" and its beaches like the famous "Bondi Beach". Furthermore the city offers a lot of attractions like a visit of the "Sydney Wildlife World" or a daytrip to the "Blue Mountains". On the culinary side Sydney is famous for its numerous fine dining restaurants like "Tetsuyas" or "Quay" and its excellent wines from the nearby Hunter Valley, where visiting the numerous wineries is very popular among the "connaisseurs".
